Meet April's best football tipsters

As we approach the climax of another thrilling football campaign, it’s an ideal chance to showcase a selection of Tipstrr's best services, and a quick glance at April’s Best Football Tipster leaderboard shows that many of them have hit form at just the right time of the season.

Just click on any of the links to reveal more information about each tipster, and to provide details of any introductory offers that are currently available.

10th Sharp Ninja

  • 548 tips, 19.5% ROI, £2,140 Profit
  • Preferred Market: 1X2 Match winner high odds

There’s no shame in finishing at the bottom end of this top ten, least of all Sharp Ninja, for whom a 19% ROI represents an eighth profitable month out of nine since first setting up shop on Tipstrr back in August of last year.

His heavy tip volume might seem too prolific for some betting tastes, but for anyone who likes to back the underdog, Sharp Ninja’s 39% win rate at average advised odds of around 2/1 might just tick the right boxes. .

9th HT/FT - Draw/Home (X/1)

  • 60 tips, 22.5% ROI, £270 Profit
  • Preferred Market: Half-time/Full-time

In ninth place, HT/FT - Draw/Home (X/1) follows a precise strategy that aims solely at identifying games most likely to produce a second-half win for the home team after being all square at half-time..

A surprising amount of games follow this pattern, and despite the obvious volatility of such a niche market that usually offers odds well in excess of 5/1, this tipster has managed to keep profits trending upwards over his first full year of service.

8th FootyStar

  • 24 tips, 23.5% ROI, £113 Profit

Preferred Market: Both Teams To Score

In eighth spot, we find FootyStar, who has featured prominently in our monthly and annual rankings in the past, and makes a welcome reappearance after a difficult start to the year.

Following the popular trend of aiming solely at the BTTS-No market, FootyStar’s average advised odds of 9/5 marry nicely with a 39% win rate for a second straight monthly yield well in excess of 20%.

7th Mr B Sports

  • 36 tips, 26.1% ROI, £187 Profit
  • Preferred Market: Asian Handicap

After three full years of service on the Tipstrr site, Mr B Sports has carved a niche for himself by focusing on the Asian Handicap-based strategy in a betting world increasingly dominated by services built around the 1X2 and Both Teams To Score markets.

Picking out best value just above the even-money line requires a decent win rate to make a sustainable profit, and Mr B has repeatedly met his target, and his 52% win rate was more than enough to keep profits climbing in the right direction.

6th Fo-Be-Ti

  • 20 tips, 55.5% ROI, £221 Profit
  • Preferred Market: Various

In sixth place, Fo-Be-Ti would not claim to have been in the best of form in the preceding few months, but his multi-market service certainly struck a rich vein of form in April.

His 20 selections barely met our minimum requirement to feature in these rankings, but with 13 of them winning, including a couple of money-spinning trebles and fourfolds, it’s easy to see where last month's 55% ROI came from.

5th Smart Football

  • 62 tips, 32.0% ROI, £396 Profit
  • Preferred Market: 1X2 Match Winner

Anyone who likes their football bets to back the underdog should be interested to know more about Smart Football, who has completed a full year of service with April’s 32% ROI, courtesy of a 34% win rate at average advised odds of around 3/1.

Six of his eight profitable months have yielded in excess of 25%, while the four drawdown months have never lost more than 10%, which helps explain a pleasingly upward long-term profit line.

4th TriBTTS

  • 141 tips, 35.0% ROI, £987 Profit
  • Preferred Market: Both Teams To Score

Another proponent of the BTTS-No market, TriBTTS has enjoyed as much success as any, and has found an effective way of enhancing his profits by combining his single tips into potentially lucrative trixies (four-legged bets made up of three doubles and a treble).

Ten profitable months out of twelve suggests this is a pathway to achievable long-term profits, and the way he has kicked off May with a winning trixie (15/4, 7/5 and 6/4) suggests that his climbing long-term profit line won’t be dipping any time soon.

3rd Zero Goals

  • 50 tips, 38.0% ROI, £379 Profit
  • Preferred Market: Goals markets, BTTS, Over/Under

Our first podium position is occupied by Zero Goals, who finished 10th in these rankings in March (22% ROI) and who has also just completed his first full year of upwardly mobile profits.

Yet another to exploit the Both Teams To Score - No market, he gains his edge by aiming well above the even-money line, ensuring that April’s 53% win rate at average odds in excess of 7/4 was enough to improve his monthly yield to 38% ROI.

2nd Math365

  • 23 tips, 69.0% ROI, £319 Profit
  • Preferred Market: 1X2 (inc draws)

It has not been all plain sailing for our monthly runner-up Math 365, but the profit spikes during his first full year of service on Tipstrr have more than absorbed the dips in between to produce long-term growth that has yielded an overall gain of almost £1K

Aiming solely at the 1X2 market. Math365 does not shy away from backing the underdog, nor is he averse to following the increasingly popular trend of picking out draws, so it was no surprise that his best-yet 52% win rate was rewarded with a best-yet monthly yield of 69%.

1st WinTips4u

  • 39 tips, 70.9% ROI, £553 Profit
  • Preferred Market: 1X2 Match Winner

And so finally, our monthly Best Football Tipster accolade goes to WinTips4u, who first appeared on Tipstrr in the summer of 2021, and has been quietly maintaining achievable long-term growth ever since.

His moderate output of 10-15 tips per week might not be enough to satisfy a more voracious betting appetite, but when that selective output is converted into a 62% win rate, then it’s easy to see how April’s best-ever 70% ROI was built.

Advising mainly 1X2 match-winner tips at average odds of around 2/1, he is happy to lace them with occasional forays into the Over/Under market, all of which illustrates the service’s versatility, while also helping to diversify the betting experience.

That rounds off another lucrative month for some of Tipstrr’s best football services, and our congratulations again go to WinTips4u for finishing top of April's high-quality league table.

As always, we should also acknowledge the efforts of the many tipsters who only just missed out on making this month's leaderboard, but all of whom play a vital role in making Tipstrr the best tipster platform around.
