As one of Tipstrr’s longest-serving racing pundits, On the Nose appears to be back to doing what he has done best since first launching back in 2017 - picking out juicy on-the-nose winners from a very selective output of race-winner tips.
Providing carefully-selected but nicely-priced outright winners, tips are usually sent in the same two-hour window the evening before the race, and despite some mixed fortunes throughout the year the trend has remained upwards, to the tune of a solid 10% annual return.
9th CH Racing Services
- 318 tips, 14.7% ROI, £933 profit
Anyone who prefers their tipster to prioritise quality over quantity need look no further than CH Racing Services, whose highly selective service has become an increasingly regular feature on our monthly Best Tipster leaderboards.
A total of 39 winners from 318 selections across the year might not seem a huge return, but when we factor in a further 95 each-way places then the strike rate climbs to a more impressive 45%, so it’s easy to see how this manageable professionally-run service has achieved solid 14% growth throughout 2025.
8th The King of Horses
- 3121 tips, 15.7% ROI, £9,782 profit
Providing by far the busiest service of those on this shortlist is The King of Horses, but anyone prepared to follow his prolific output that averages more than eight selections per day will have been rewarded with an average monthly profit in excess of £800 during 2025.
A 7% win rate might not catch the eye at first glance, but at average advised odds of more than 11/1, it is his 28% each-way place rate that has ensured that The King of Horses has suffered just two monthly drawdowns since first appearing on Tipstrr back in April 2023.
7th Gallop Guru
- 618 tips, 15.9% ROI, £1,966 profit
In seventh place is Gallop Guru, whose output of 8-10 tips per week should prove perfectly manageable, as indeed should the 25% win rate and 15.9% ROI that the service has sustained during 2025.
A couple of monthly dips along the way have been easily absorbed by the other 10 months of growth, five of which topped 35% monthly ROI - all achieved through a willingness to scour the entire market for value, with winners ranging from odds-on favourites right up to double-digit outsiders as high as 20/1.
6th My Fine Tips
- 719 tips, 16.3% ROI, £2,348 profit
Occupying sixth spot, My Fine Tips first caught our eye when landing the runner-up spot among May’s Best New Tipsters - a performance he quickly built upon by graduating to our main leaderboards in both August and September.
Although the year did not finish the way his followers would have wanted, ten straight profitable months from January to October had already ensured that the annual takings were going to end comfortably in the black.
That lucrative 10-month spell played a huge part in garnering 2025’s £2.3K in winnings, all from a high-variance low-odds each-way strategy that boasted a 28% win rate, which doubled up to an impressive 56% place rate across more than 700 judiciously selected tips.
