Meet July's best horse racing tipsters

We continue our monthly rankings with a countdown of July's Best Horse Racing Tipsters, all of whom have found their own way of providing lucrative returns for anyone who has been following their services over the last few weeks. Indeed, the top ten all achieved a monthly ROI of 50% or more, with their combined winning nudging £9K.

Please note: If you have previously enjoyed a trial with a particular tipster, then you are no longer eligible for any trial period offered by the same service.

12th SprintKing - 170 tips, 53.9% ROI

Profit: £1834.03 to £20 average stakes

We kick off with the welcome re-appearance of SprintKing, who remains one of Tipstrr's longest-serving tipsters, having first graced the site as far back as October 2016. That's almost six years of continuous service, and while the first half of 2022 is perhaps best forgotten, SprintKing's varied mixture of 170 race-winner and each way tips was rewarded with an 18% win rate (29% place rate) which combined with average odds of around 9/1 to accrue almost £2K in monthly earnings.

11th Statometer - 84 tips, 48.6% ROI

Profit: £815.81 to £20 average stake

Every month we publish a list of Best New Tipsters, always hoping that they will eventually feature among our more established services. Well, June's best newcomer, Statometer, wasted no time in graduating to the major leagues, following up that month's mammoth 164% yield with July's less spectacular but no less impressive 48% haul. Statometer's ability to identify value at the top of the market combines nicely with occasional each-way and accumulator ventures, to provide a bright new service that looks built to last.

10th TipsterTaylor2 - 29 tips, 50.0% ROI

Profit: £290.00 to £20 average stakes

In tenth place, TipsterTaylor2 is another relative newcomer who emerged at the beginning of the year, but who has already shown enough to suggest this will not be the last time we see him on our monthly countdowns. Four winners and four eachway places represent a healthy return from just 29 carefully-selected tips, and with those winners landing at 28/1, 12/1, 11/2 and 9/2, it's easy to see where that impressive 50% yield came from.

9th IrishFancies - 46 tips, 86.8% ROI

Profit: £798.98 to £20 average stake

Boasting the highest monthly yield of July's featured services, IrishFancies would surely have occupied a higher position were it not for some inconsistent results from some irregular tip output during the preceding months. As the name suggests, this service focuses exclusively on the Irish horse racing scene, and it is perhaps a sign of things to come that a more sustained tip volume in June (32% ROI from 31 tips) and July (86% ROI from 46tips) has coincided with a return to more characteristic form.

8th The Daily Punt - 84 tips, 55.8% ROI

Profit: £937.07 to £20 average stakes

Three straight months of growth suggest the varied service of The Daily Punt might be about to rekindle former glories. Built on a platform of race-winner bets, punctuated with a varied sprinkling of each-way and multiple bets, TDP puts his success down to an ability to identify horses whose prices are larger than their true chance of winning - in other words, passing the best value bets on to his followers. That perceived value manifested itself in the form of July's 55% yield and almost £1K in monthly profit.

7th ChampionsTips1 - 126 tips, 53.8% ROI

Profit: £1356.00 to £20 average stake

Anyone looking for a horse racing tipster who backs up a professional approach with consistent success should not need to look much further than the popular service of ChampionsTips1. Focusing on his specialist subject of Irish racing, CT1 is in the midst of a great run of form that has produced five straight profitable months, four of which have exceeded 40% ROI, culminating in July's 53% ROI from 126 each way tips that yielded half a dozen winners and over 30 eachway places at average odds close to 20/1.

6th TheBanker - 57 tips, 57.8% ROI

Profit: £658.81 to £20 average stake

A seemingly perennial member of our monthly rankings, The Banker makes yet another appearance after enjoying his ninth profitable month in the last ten, and his seventh to boast a 30%+ ROI. The computational horse racing model that forms the basis of this tipster's strategy has continued to churn out more than its fair share of winners, with July's 57 race-winner tips yielding ten successes priced between 9/2 and 12/1, all combining for yet another bumper month for his grateful members,

5th Flying Horse Stars - 86 tips, 63.1% ROI

Profit: £1086.00 to £20 average stake

Each-way horse-racing tipsters are growing in popularity, with many following in the footsteps of Flying Horse Stars, who has advocated his high-tariff betting strategy for almost four years on the Tipstrr platform, during which time he has maintained a solid 7.5% ROI from over 6000 tips. July's 86 selections produced a modest-looking 5 winners, but when those success land at 66/1, 40/1, 25/1 and 22/1 (twice) and are backed up by a further 16 each-way places, then it's easy to see how FHS enjoyed July's best-ever 63% ROI.

4th BlindGuess - 36 tips, 68.5% ROI

Profit: £492.92 to £20 average stake

Often the measure of a tipster's long-term prospects is how it responds to a short-term setback, and BlindGuess passed that test with flying colours last month, bouncing back from his first drawdown in June to enjoy a year-best yield of 68.5% in July. His six winners from 36 tips included a tidy 28/1 shot mid-month, and with a further six each-way places to boost profits further, it is clear that this increasingly popular service is built on much more than just blind guesswork.

3rd Hawksford Racing - 93 tips, 76.0% ROI

Profit: £1412.91 to £20 average stake

Another tipster to graduate immediately from June's Best New Tipster rankings, Hawksford Racing has been making an immediate impact within the Tipstrr community after registering five straight profitable months since launching his varied service in March of this year. All of those five months have exceeded 30% ROI and each has yielded more than £1K in profit, culminating in July's best-yet monthly return of 76%, which took HR's overall profits well over the £7K mark in just five months.

2nd OutsiderSpeedPicks - 81 tips, 82.5% ROI

Profit: £1337.00 to £20 average stake

After exceeding 100% monthly ROI in April, May and June, followers of OutsiderSpeedPicks had to settle for a meagre 82% return on July's investment, but we're sure they're not complaining after a 6-month purple patch that has earned them well over £11K in clear profit since the end of January. For anyone who loves the buzz of such a high-tariff approach, this proven service might just fit the bill, with any inevitable lean spells more than compensated by those juicy high-odds winners, such as the 33/1 and 20/1 shots among OSP's ten winners last month.

1st Anglo Racing - 32 tips, 84.1% ROI

Profit: £538.32 to £20 average stak%e

And finally we're happy to announce July's top tipster in the shape of Anglo Racing, who has kicked off his second year of service in some style with a stellar monthly yield and his first appearance at the top of of our leaderboard. It hasn't all been plain sailing for this each-way specialist, but 2022's profit spikes have by far outweighed any occasional dips in form to produce upward trending profits through the first half of the year. Just three winners from 32 tips might seem a meagre return, but their winning odds of 33/1, 16/1 and 9/1 speak for themselves, while a further 9 each-way places provide the padding of an overall 40% success rate and that tasty 84% ROI.

July was obviously yet another lucrative month for many of our top horse racing tipsters, the top dozen of whom combined to earn over £11K in monthly profits to level £20 stakes. Just the top three alone would have earned well over £3K in clear profit for anyone who followed their combined supply of 206 selections throughout July.

Congratulations again to Anglo Racing for heading such a stellar field, and well done also to the many other services who might not have made the frame this month, but who nevertheless remain a valued part of our ever-expanding Tipstrr community.
