Meet May's best horse racing tipsters

We kick off our monthly rankings with a breakdown of May's top dozen Horse Racing Tipsters, all of whom have been providing a diverse range of successful strategies for anyone who has been following their services over the last few weeks.

Just click on the links for more information about each tipster, and for details of any trial deals that are currently on offer.

Please note: If you have previously enjoyed a trial with a particular tipster, then you are no longer eligible for any trial period offered by the same service.

12th TR Gold - 137 tips, 46.0% ROI

Profit: £1259.24 to £20 average stakes

We kick off our top twelve with TR Gold, whose 46% ROI represented a best monthly return in over a year. This tipster provides a manageable supply of race winner tips, laced with a smattering of combination bets, and May's results have been just reward for a service built on consistency, with his 4 or 5 tips per day, always published in the same time slot, making for an easy service to follow.

11th MorningProfit - 113 tips, 54.1% ROI

Profit: £1222.00 to £20 average stake

If you prefer a tipster who looks for race winner value at each way prices, then MorningProfit should tick a few boxes for you. The name gives away the fact that most tips are published on the morning of racing, when the markets have stabilised, and when MorningProfit's expert eye identified 14 winners, five of which were priced between 18/1 and 28/1, it's easy to see where that £1200 in profit came from.

10th 20 To 1 And Up - 320 tips, 35.4% ROI

Profit: £2265.50 to £20 average stakes

Just a month after earning a top five spot in our Best New Tipster rankings, 20 To 1 And Up makes a welcome appearance on our main leaderboard, thanks to his fifth straight profitable month since launching on Tipstrr in January. The name of the service is self-explanatory, and while the winners might be understandably few and far between at such odds, no less than 58 each way places suggest a tipser who knows his way around the bottom end of the betting market

9th They Shouldn't Be Those Odds - 196 tips, 42.5% ROI

Profit: £1664.50 to £20 average stake

Following a similar path to success, They Shouldn't Be Those Odds is another each way specialist who thrives on picking out runners that might not threaten the favourite, but who represent overpriced value to make the frame. Six straight months of double-digit growth culminated in May's best-yet monthly return and over £1600 in winnings, thanks to 21 winners and 54 places from 196 selections, equating to an impressive 38% success rate.

8th ARC Ratings - 53 tips, 46.6% ROI

Profit: £494.33 to £20 average stakes

Eight consecutive monthly gains since setting up shop in October should tell you all you need to know about the proven consistency of ARC Ratings, who kickstarted May with a 20/1 winner and never looked back, landing further winners at 16/1, 14/1 and 10/1 (twice) along with a further 14 each way places. More successes at 14/1 and 11/1 in the first few days of June suggest that another lucrative month lies ahead.

7th NM Racing Tips - 170 tips, 49.1% ROI

Profit: £1667.60 to £20 average stake

June's 49% yield represents the most lucrative yet of nine straight months of upward growth for NM Racing Tips since he first set up his earlybird tipster service back in September last year. An overall 18% win rate is a sterling effort for a service that has recommended over 1200 race winner tips at average odds of 7/1. Anyone who followed all of those tips would now be more than £6k better off, with over £1650 of that coming from May's 39 winning selections.

6th Win at Horses - 113 tips, 62.8% ROI

Profit: £1400.00 to £20 average stake

The measure of a successful long-term tipster is how he or she responds to a rare downward dip, and Win At Horses has passed that acid test with flying colours to enjoy his best ever monthly returns in May. With a manageable output of 3-4 daily tips, all published in the same half-hour mid-morning window, this is an easy service to follow, while an overall 13% win rate at average odds in excess of 10/1 is what lies behind this tipster's sustained profitable growth.

5th BlindGuess - 74 tips, 64.3% ROI

Profit: £951.50 to £20 average stake

Another of April's best newcomers to feature among May's established services is BlindGuess, whose profit line has been climbing ever steeper since the turn of the year. Don't be fooled by the name - this tipster's ability to pick out top each way value from the middle of the betting market suggests anything but blind guesswork, as indeed does over £4.5K in profit and a 28% ROI since first gracing the Tipstrr site back in September.

4th Outsiderspeedpicks - 112 tips, 103.6% ROI

Profit: £2320.00 to £20 average stake

Anyone following the tips of Outsiderspeedpicks recently should be enjoying a bulging betting pot after this in-form tipster has doubled his investment in both April (100% ROI) and now May (103%), and that's not to mention similarly impressive returns in February (95% ROI) and March (37%). Those stellar returns have combined to produce a staggering £7K in profits to level £20 stakes since the end of January, not bad for a service that focuses on race winner tip at average odds above 16/1.

3rd Won Racing Tip - 28 tips, 117.8% ROI

Profit: £659.78 to £20 average stake

Coming from the same stable as the popular service of Read Between The Lines, Won Racing Tip is aimed at bettors who prefer a more manageable and selective daily service, which picks out that same tipster's single nap selection of each day. Picking out just one horse per day is not as easy as it sounds, but May's three winners at 40/1, 25/1 and 6/1, backed up by five each way places, indicate that WRT makes the right call often enough to maintain an upward-trending profit line.

2nd Luck Of The Draw - 26 tips, 118.1% ROI

Profit: £613.98 to £20 average stake

All kinds of strategies are explored by our diverse group of horse racing tipsters, and Luck Of The Draw aims at identifying where the stall draw in flat racing can produce overpriced runners that might have greater value than that reflected in the betting market. Drawing on their own statistical database, LOTD have returned consistent profits over the last year, resulting in a 33% annual ROI from 650 tips, culminating in May's outstanding 118% yield.

1st Morning Mail Racing - 36 tips, 140.6% ROI

Profit: £1222.00 to £20 average stake

It might not have been a smooth path of continual consistency for Morning Mail Racing, but there can be no arguing with a service capable of achieving the kind of profit spikes that keep his overall yield trending upwards overall. That trend has brought a solid 15.3% ROI from just shy of 700 tips since November 2020, all from a service that looks for high-odds value without utilising the safety net of each way betting. May's selective supply of 36 tips suggests a service that is easy to follow, while 9 winners priced at 9/2 or higher (including two 14/1 shots) provided the tasty 25% win rate that produced that whopping 140% monthly yield.

It's plain to see that May has been another lucrative month for many of our top horse racing tipsters, the top dozen of whom combined to earn well over £15K in monthly profits to level £20 stakes. Just the top three alone would have earned just shy of £2.5K in clear profit for anyone who followed their combined total of just 90 selections throughout May.

Congratulations again to Morning Mail Racing for heading such a high quality field, and well done also to the many other services who might not have made the frame this month, but who nevertheless remain a valued part of our ever-expanding Tipstrr community.
