Meet July's best new tipsters

New services continue to sprout up on the Tipstrr platform, and with their three months of sustained regular service in the bank, we can include the following promising newcomers in July’s Best New Tipster rankings.

A quick click on any of the links below will reveal more information about each tipster, along with details of any introductory offers that are currently available.

10th Physics and Mathematical Theorem Horse racing

  • 30 tips, 13.3% ROI, £80 profit

Bringing up the rear is the first of six horse racing newcomers, Physics and Mathematical Theorem, whose name is not a GCSE exam, but rather refers to a deployment of both subjects as components of a promising betting strategy.

A selective output of on-the-nose racing tips are always published in a convenient early-morning window on the day of racing, which all adds to a blossoming service that has kicked off with three straight months of growth so far.

9th Groundhog Horse racing

  • 46 tips, 18.1% ROI, £166 profit

In ninth place, the horse racing service of Groundhog took a couple of months to find its feet before hitting some consistency, backing up June’s 24% ROI with July’s 18% return.

Steady returns from lower-odds race-winner tips play a supporting role behind slightly more adventurous each-way selections, and with 42% of selections making the frame, it’s easy to see where those profits have come from.

8th Osemb NG Football

  • 54 tips, 21.1% ROI, £227 profit

The first of four football tipsters to make our shortlist is Osemb NG, whose service has experienced some chequered form throughout its first few months on the Tipstrr platform.

Following the increasingly popular practice of expanding single bets in the BothTeams To Score - No market into additional trixie bets, July’s 21% yield suggests that results are starting to trend in the right direction.

7th David Xristo Horse Racing

  • 94 tips, 21.5% ROI, £404 profit

Horse racing tipsters proliferate our top ten, and the second of those is David Xristo, whose 21% yield in July was the second time in four months of service that he has exceeded a 20% yield.

A healthy mix of tips are advised as race-winner or each-way bets depending on their prices, with overall average odds of around 6/1 combining nicely with a 21% win rate, that was ably supported by a 32% place rate.

6th DeltaTips Horse Racing

  • 33 tips, 22.9% ROI, £150 profit

In eighth place, DeltaTips had already given an indication of its potential by accruing a tasty 56% ROI In June, and he carried that form into his first qualifying month for these rankings.

Proving that quality beats quantity, his selective output of race-winner and each-way tips should appeal to punters with a moderate betting appetite, while an all-time 20% yield from over 100 tips should appeal to anyone who enjoys beating the bookies.

5th Alfan Horse Racing

  • 41 tips, 23.6% ROI, £193 profit

Propping up our top five is Alfan, who continues to make an impact within the Tipstrr community with his manageable output of low-odds race-winner selections.

The strategy is built around identifying horses whose chances are enhanced by an advantageous draw, which is an often overlooked aspect of finding value, but has proved very effective during Alfan’s early months on the site.

4th OneFour Horse Racing

  • 120 tips, 24.8% ROI, £595 profit

The best of our horse racing newcomers is OneFour, whose race-winner-only service has bounced back from a difficult couple of months to replicate the kind of returns he enjoyed in April (42% ROI).

A rock-solid tip volume of around 30 selections per week should satisfy most betting appetites, while July’s 14% win rate was more than enough to convert average odds of around 8/1 into a tidy profit, all done with the notable absence of an each-way safety net.

3rd MerseyBets O 2.5 Football

  • 24 tips, 26.0% ROI, £124 profit

Football tipsters dominate our podium positions, kicking off with MerseyBets O 2.5, who, as the name suggests, has been quietly carving out a niche for himself with a focus solely on the Over 2.5 Goals market.

Goals-related Overs bets have the benefit of staying ‘live’ right up to the final whistle, and could sometimes be settled well before, and MB’s tasty 50% win-rate at better than even money betrays an expertise in identifying which games will produce the requisite 3+ goals.

2nd Electric Sheeps First Half Football

  • 26 tips, 58.1% ROI, £302 profit

Our runner-up spot goes to Electric Sheeps First Half, whose profile page gives a full summary of a service that focuses solely on matches that he expects to remain goalless at half-time (Under 0.5 Goals H/T).

He also explains that his tip output is likely to be very selective, but his moderate output has proved to be very effective so far, with July’s win-rate and ROI both reaching 58% to crown four straight profitable months so far.

1st Minimal Football

  • 35 Tips, 90.1% ROI, £630 profit

And so on to June’s best-performing newcomer in the shape of football tipster Minimal, whose name alludes to his Under 0.5 Goals strategy of picking matches that he expects to end up goalless.

This is a high-tariff approach that is the same as picking 0-0 Correct Score, so clearly not for the faint-hearted, with every potentially successful bet walking a tightrope of possible failure, should a late goal go in.

Nevertheless, Minimal has kept his balance on that tightrope with great aplomb over the first three months of service, backing up May’s 79% ROI with July’s 90%, with last month’s 34% win rate all the more remarkable for recommending what are effectively Correct Score tips.

That completes July's Best New Tipster rankings, and as always we must emphasise that the encouraging signs shown by these newcomers does not necessarily guarantee longer-term success.

However, we are optimistic that Minimal and the other new services listed above can build on their promising starts and make their way onto our main leaderboards during the rest of 2024.

Please note: Any discount offer is for the first month of new memberships only, and cannot be claimed twice, nor is it available for existing members.
