Best emerging tipsters - a quarterly review

Published

Meet our best new tipsters between July and September

Many of our emerging new tipsters have made encouraging short-term starts, but this list includes a number of our most promising fledgling services who have not only hit the ground running with an occasional spike of profit, but have also demonstrated, even in just a few short months, that their service is capable of sustaining that success over a more prolonged period of time.

Just click on the links for more information about each tipster, and for details of any trial deals that are currently on offer.

Please note: Tipstrr users who have previously enjoyed a trial with a tipster are no longer eligible for any trial period offered by the same service.

10th Anglo Racing - 172 tips, 12.6% ROI

Profit: £434.14 to £20 average stake

We kick off in tenth place with Anglo Racing for whom a late dip of form in September could not spoil the outstanding results that preceded it in July and August. Both of those months yielded gains in excess of 30%, thanks to an eye for top horse racing value that landed 13 winners priced between 9/1 and 22/1 and another 22 high-odds eachway places from 172 tips throughout three productive months.

9th IrishFancies - 139 tips, 14.2% ROI

Profit: £395.44 to £20 average stake

Launching his horse racing service in June, it didn't take Irishfancies long to show off his expertise in the racing scene across the Irish Sea, kicking off with a whopping 67% yield from 103 tips in his first month. July and August were less prolific, both in terms of tip volume and profits, but September brought a dozen tasty winners to land a 59% yield, a timely return to form that has so far continued nicely into October.

8th The Northern Mole - 117 tips, 19.9% ROI

Profit: £464.84 to £20 average stake

After an inauspicious start to his start on Tipstrr, The Northern Mole surged into this top ten thanks to an 81% ROI that almost doubled his stakes throughout the month of September. His horse racing tip volume is not the most prolific, but 31 selections in September landed 10 winners priced between 9/4 and an 11/1 shot (which was Bielsa romping home in the Ayr Gold Cup), to boost his quarterly ROI just short of 20%.

7th Number1 Tipster - 107 tips, 20.7% ROI

Profit: £442.20 to £20 average stake

Any football tipster who kicks off his service with four straight profitable months must be doing something right, and Number1 Tipster appears to be doing his best to live up to his name. A 14.9% ROI earned him a spot in September's Best New Tipster rankings, and consolidated his 20% yield over the last three months, not a bad return for a tipster whose betting strategy treads the tricky tightrope of picking out draws in the 1X2 market.

6th Foot Tips - 176 tips, 28.4% ROI

Profit: £998.81 to £20 average stake

The second of our football tipsters to make our top ten is Foot Tips, whose high-tariff betting strategy in the 1X2 market has produced consistent gains throughout four straight profitable months. A win rate of around 27% might appear low at first glance, but when his average advised odds of more than 3/1 are brought into the equation, then those juicy winners are well worth the wait, as illustrated by a 28% yield over the last quarter.

5th Speed Ratings - 289 tips, 32.7% ROI

Profit: £1889.85 to £20 average stake

We start our top five with the horse racing service of SpeedRatings, who hit the ground running with a 40% ROI in his debut month of June, and has consolidated that early success with three more profitable months during the last quarter. A diverse mix of race-winner and each-way selections keeps betting varied, while an eye for value from the middle of the betting market has helped keep his overall ROI over the 30% mark during the last few months.

4th Jacko22 - 67 tips, 35.1% ROI

Profit: £470.14 to £20 average stake

If you're looking for a selective football tipster service that puts quality above quantity, then the success of Jacko22 during his first few months should catch your eye. Five consecutive profitable months culminated with September's 24% yield, earning him 7th spot in our monthly Best Newcomer countdown and enough to take his quarterly yield to 35% from 67 carefully-selected tips, all at average odds of 2/1 in the 1X2 betting market.

3rd Read Between The Lines - 224 tips, 46.7% ROI

Profit: £2,093.65 to £20 average stake

Our top three is comprised entirely of horse racing tipsters, with Read Between The Lines clinching the first podium place. His debut month of June made a statement of intent with a huge 77% yield, and he has hardly looked back since. His risk-versus-reward betting model picked out a further 224 tips, producing a healthy combination of race winners and eachway places at high odds, resulting in further spectacular gains in July (38%), August (63%) and September (38%) to achieve a quarterly yield of 46%.

2nd SmallFieldPunting - 133 tips, 57.0% ROI

Profit: £1,515.42 to £20 average stake

No prizes for guessing the betting model behind the fledgling service of SmallFieldPunting, who has made an instant impact on the Tipstrr site with his ability to identify the best value winners from horse races with low numbers of runners. This somewhat innovative strategy saw him almost virtually double his stakes in July (96% ROI) and August (103%), and although September's 16% yield pales somewhat in comparison, a 57% gain from 133 tips made for an excellent first three months of service

1st The Golden Horse - 60 tips, 57.8% ROI

Profit: £693.12 to £20 average stake

Top of our bunch of promising newcomers is The Golden Horse, who was sluggish out of the stalls in his debut month of April, but has since cruised through the field with five consecutive profitable months. July and August both yielded profits above 50%, but that was only a prelude to September's mammoth 73% ROI that took his quarterly gains to more than 57%. A selective betting model produces only around 20 selections a month, but with a win rate of over 30% and average odds nudging 4/1, those tips appear to be well worth waiting for. And news just in, his first five tips of October have already landed three winners at tasty prices of 13/2, 7/2 and 100/30.

We have high hopes for some of the emerging tipsters listed above, and hope it has helped you identify a service that dovetails nicely with your own betting preferences.

Well done again to The Golden Horse for an impressive performance throughout the last three months, and we hope to see him and indeed all of our newcomers rubbing shoulders with our more established services very soon.
