Arsenal v Wolves
- Tipstrr: 2-1
- Robbie: 3-0
- Planet Sport: 2-0
- TEAMtalk: 3-1
- Football365: 2-0
Since slipping up at Newcastle, Arsenal have put three wins together to ease their way back to the top of the table, and will see this as a great chance to open up a gap over their top five rivals, who all play on Sunday.
Wolves will be smarting from Monday’s defeat at Fulham, which saw them again fall victim to VAR controversy, but their hosts should have just about have their measure here, albeit only securing a narrow victory.
- 7/1 Correct Score 2-1
- 2-7 Arsenal win
Brentford v Luton Town
- Tipstrr: 2-0
- Robbie: 1-0
- Planet Sport: 2-1
- TEAMtalk: 2-0
- Football365: 3-1
Brentford’s stuttering start to their campaign settled down with three straight wins against Burnley, Chelsea and West Ham, and could perhaps count themselves unlucky to then be pitted against high-flying Liverpool and Arsenal.
Luton Town have been delighting in proving their critics wrong with some dogged performances, but the fact remains that without Everton’s 10-point deduction the Hatters would be firmly in the bottom three, and they are likely to find the Bees to have more sting than lack-lustre Crystal Palace last weekend.
- 6-1 Correct Score 2-0
- 40/85 Brentford win
Burnley v Sheffield Utd
- Tipstrr: 2-1
- Robbie: 2-1
- Planet Sport: 2-1
- TEAMtalk: 2-1
- Football365: 0-0
Burnley have lost seven out of seven since their solitary success at Luton in early October, and anything but a win against their relegation rivals would confirm their journey towards the relegation trapdoor.
The same can be said for Sheffield United, of course, who looked to have turned a corner with their first win before the international break, only to go back to square one with a tame 3-1 home defeat to Bournemouth last weekend. Burnley won’t have a better chance to climb off the bottom of the table.
- 7/1 Correct Score 2-1
- 17/20 Burnley win
Nottingham Forest v Everton
- Tipstrr: 3-0
- Robbie: 2-1
- Planet Sport: 1-1
- TEAMtalk: 1-1
- Football365: 2-2
Two 3-2 defeats either side of the international break could just as easily have gone Forest’s way, and they are likely to keep up that free-scoring tempo.
That could spell bad news for Everton, who were toothless in front of goal in last weekend’s 3-0 home defeat to Manchester United, and they are likely to be against it again at the City Ground.
- 25/1 Correct Score 3-0
- 13/8 Nottingham Forest win
Newcastle Utd v Manchester Utd
- Tipstrr: 3-2
- Robbie: 2-2
- Planet Sport: 3-1
- TEAMtalk: 2-1
- Football365: 3-1
After two straight 2-0 defeats the international break gave Newcastle time to regroup and they looked much more like the best version of themselves when dismantling Chelsea 4-1 last weekend.
Man United made them most of Everton’s shortcomings at Goodison Park on Sunday, but their own flaws are likely to be exposed at St James’s Park, and we’re expecting them to come away pointless from an action-packed encounter.
- 20/1 Correct Score 3-2
- 10/11 Newcastle Utd
Bournemouth v Aston Villa
- Tipstrr: 0-2
- Robbie: 0-2
- Planet Sport: 2-1
- TEAMtalk: 1-2
- Football365: 1-2
Impressive performances helped Bournemouth beat Newcastle and Sheffield United with unexpected ease either side of the international break, and they will need more of the same to keep in-form Villa at bay.
Villa are more potent on their own patch, but they showed their mettle to come away from Tottenham Stadium with all three points last week, and they will look for more of the same at the Vitality Stadium to maintain their top-four challenge.
- 18/1 Correct Score 2-0
- 23/10 Aston Villa win
Chelsea v Brighton
- Tipstrr: 2-1
- Robbie: 2-1
- Planet Sport: 2-0
- TEAMtalk: 2-2
- Football365: 2-2
Chelsea’s apparent recent revival came crashing around their ears with last week's 4-1 humbling at Newcastle, a result that highlighted that the Blues appear to be still very much a work in progress under Mauricio Pochettino.
Brighton ended a six-game winless run in the League with Saturday’s 3-2 victory at Forest, although their inability to keep a single clean sheet this season is a weakness that is likely to be exposed again at Stamford Bridge.
- 7/1 Correct Score 2-1
- 8/11 Chelsea win
Liverpool v Fulham
- Tipstrr: 4-0
- Robbie: 3-0
- Planet Sport: 3-0
- TEAMtalk: 3-0
- Football365: 5-0
Liverpool look a force to be reckoned with again this season, and they look irresistible at Anfield, where only Everton (2-0) have managed to prevent them scoring at least three goals in their five home league games to date.
Fulham’s 3-2 win over Wolves on Monday showed their ability to gain points off the teams around them, but they are often outclassed and overwhelmed by higher quality opposition and we expect the Reds to enjoy a day out here.
- 11/1 Correct Score 4-0
- 2/9 Liverpool win
West Ham Utd v Crystal Palace
- Tipstrr: 2-2
- Robbie: 2-0
- Planet Sport: 1-1
- TEAMtalk: 2-0
- Football365: 2-2
Narrow wins against Forest and Burnley either side of the international break have stopped the rot for West Ham, whose early-season promise had begun to crumble around them after picking up just one point out of 12.
Palace continue to blow hot and cold, and are often just tepid, but they will be smarting after last weekend’s loss at Luton, and they should give the Hammers more of a game than their odds might suggest on Sunday.
- 12/1 Correct Score 2-2
- 5/2 Draw
Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur
- Tipstrr: 4-2
- Robbie: 4-0
- Planet Sport: 3-0
- TEAMtalk: 4-1
- Football365: 4-1
Manchester City do not keep as many clean sheets as pep Guardiola would like, but they showed with their thrilling 3-2 comeback win against Leipzig on Tuesday that they have the attacking resources to drag themselves out of any position.
Tottenham have not failed to find the net in any game this term and we expect that trend to continue here, but it will come at a price, and their three-game losing streak is likely to be extended in what promises to be an entertaining game at the Etihad.
- 22/1 Correct Score 4-2
- 2/7 Man City win
