The results are in! Here's how our tipsters fared...
Much to my frustration, having backed the 2nd, Breezyandbright did well to run down King Crimson at Brighton last time and that looks strong form for this race. However, at a much bigger price it is worth siding with the selection and he is very well handicapped on his old form.
The 2 met each other on the 1st July over course and distance. Arzaak finished 4th coming back from a 56 day absence whereas Breezy was race fit and in form. Arzaak is now weighted to reverse this form and arrives here race fit and off a career low mark. He has never acted well at Wolverhampton so the run last time is solid enough and he has a fair record over course and distance.
I would prefer to see blinkers fitted rather that cheekpieces but it's surely only a matter of time before he's back in the winners to record a 7th career win.
