A simple strategy you may wish to consider is to enter the market with a back bet on 15 minutes with the game at 0-0 (with the in-play stats suggesting attacking intent from at least one of the teams) and then to lay Over 1.5 goals (or Over 2.5 depending on what market you are trading in) when the first goal is scored. This obviously lowers potential profit but is a fairly risk free way of trading Overs.
