Welcome to The Racing Trade! I am an independent tipster who began betting as a side hustle to earn a few extra pennies alongside my corporate day job. With a love for horse racing, numbers and analysis, I started to learn more and more as I chatted with people across the industry on social media before attending race meets up and down the country. Not only did my racing knowledge improve but so did my betting. Fully understanding what it takes to profit long-term whilst sports betting and how to do so with a smile on my face is the aim of the game. I was made redundant from my full-time job in 2021 and have made a living as a professional bettor since Easter that year. After developing my system which focuses on exploring ratings and devising a shortlist of horses before narrowing down with additional key data for that day e.g. ground, trainer, jockey, barrier position, competition etc I then review the market prices to extract value bets. I’ll do this in the morning for each days racing. I will also monitor the market moves throughout the day. I largely back my horses to win (despite the price) but sometimes find value in the place market too. I am passionate about what I do and want to share it with racing fans alike. What happens to tipsters who break the rules?
We take rule breaking seriously at Tipstrr. If a tipster is found to be breaking their agreement with us, falsifying their results, or consistently publishing bad or difficult to obtain odds, we ban their account and refund their memberships.
